Policy Overview

Our policy allows for exchanges or returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items

Eligible for Exchange or Return

Items must be new, unused, and with original tags attached. Products must also be non-personalized, meaning they do not include a custom player name or number.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Any personalized or customized item — including products with player names, numbers, or custom printing — cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orlando Area Exchanges

Customers located in the Orlando area may exchange items in person by scheduling an appointment with our Customer Service team.

Exchanges by Shipping

If you are located outside the Orlando area or prefer not to visit our offices, we offer a convenient exchange-by-shipping option.

  1. Contact Customer Service through the website chat to confirm that the replacement size or item is available.
  2. Purchase the UPS Shipping Product . Once purchased, we will email you a UPS return shipping label.
  3. Pack the items securely and drop the package off at a UPS location. UPS provides reliable shipping and package tracking.
  4. Once your return shipment is confirmed, we will quickly process and ship your exchange item.
