For Customers Outside Orlando: If you are located beyond driving distance or find it inconvenient to visit our offices, we offer a shipping option for your convenience:

  1. Then Purchase UPS Shipping Product, we will send you a UPS shipping label via email.

  2. It's your responsibility to pack the items you want to exchange into a package and take it to a UPS drop-off location. UPS is a reliable shipping service with good package tracking.

  3. Once we receive confirmation that your package has been shipped back to us, we will quickly send out the item you desire in exchange.

Remember, the sooner you drop off your package at UPS and provide us with the shipping confirmation, the faster we can process your exchange and send you the new item.
